Scope
These Terms and Conditions cover the ZC LABS clothing website at shopzclabs.com, operated by ZC LABS, its product displays, email inquiries and optional SMS signup. They do not replace terms expressly confirmed for an individual order.
1. Clothing and eligibility
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. Product images are illustrative mockups, not a promise that an item is in stock. Do not misrepresent your identity or submit another person's information without permission.
2. Ordering by email
Email support@shopzclabs.com with your size and color to finalize your order. Selecting a size, clicking an email link or sending an inquiry does not charge you, reserve stock or confirm an order. Support must confirm availability, price, any shipping/tax charges, delivery estimate and payment arrangements before you agree to purchase. Do not email card details.
3. Availability, delivery and returns
Confirm the final product details and total before payment. Shipping, cancellation, return and refund terms are supplied and agreed at the order stage. An old screenshot may not reflect current availability. Nothing permits misleading descriptions, retroactive changes to an accepted order or removal of mandatory consumer rights.
4. Product information
The clothing images show design concepts. Ask support about actual material, fit, sizing, colors and availability before ordering. ZC LABS is a clothing brand. The site does not make laboratory, medical or research-use claims about the clothing.
5. SMS terms
- Program name: ZC LABS clothing text alerts.
- Description: Recurring automated promotional SMS/MMS about ZC LABS clothing: new drops, restocks and offers.
- Consent: By separately checking the unchecked box on shopzclabs.com/subscribe, you request recurring automated promotional SMS/MMS from ZC LABS at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email support@shopzclabs.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on supported mobile services and is not guaranteed.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Signup records consent and does not itself send a message or remove a prior opt-out. Acceptance of these terms, an order inquiry or a visit alone does not enroll you in marketing.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with service, bypass security or request validation, submit unauthorized personal information, distribute malicious content or impersonate the business. Normal browsing and rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
7. Privacy and other services
The Privacy Policy explains technical data, email inquiries and consent records. Email and any separately confirmed payment service have their own applicable notices. This site has no online payment checkout. Do not assume another website's promotions or terms apply to a clothing order.
8. Legal rights and changes
Nothing excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver, a liability cap or a chosen court jurisdiction.
